Returns

We want you to love what you've purchased. We accept returns if the merchandise is unworn and in perfect condition with the tags still attached. You may return the item(s) within 14 days of the ship date for an exchange or a full refund. We cannot refund any shipping or handling fees related to your purchase or your return. Please carefully package the item, preferably in their original packaging materials and email us ahead of time to let us know your plans. We currently offer free shipping in the USA. For international orders please click HERE.  Please note that international recipients are responsible for duties, taxes, and brokerage fees upon delivery.

Once an item is given to a USPS carrier the item becomes that carrier's responsibility and Anna Vintage Jewelry is no longer liable. Anna Vintage Jewelry is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged while in transit to a destination outside of the USA.
